What is The Compound?

The Compound is the lovely place I live; surrounded by my husband's family.  We built our house on a great piece of land we share with Trevor's parents and his sister's family.  For the most part it's a wonderful, secure life here in The Compound. However, occasionally I use this blog to vent my frustrations with our close quarters.
