The pictures remind me of how much I love the change of seasons. The transition from summer to fall is hands down my favorite. The combination of the colors, the brisk weather and a new school & work year always motivates me to exercise more, eat healthier, spend less, clean more, complain less...I'm just all the way around a more pulled together person.
I find this burst of energy only lasts a few weeks into the season, though. Which, is a little frustrating! Why can't I stay inspired for the full 3-4 months? By the time the next transition rolls back around, I've put the weight back on, quit working out or have spent my extra savings. What the heck? Any thoughts...
